Job Title: Data Scientist or Senior Electrical Engineer

Specialized Desanders Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist or Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field, with a focus on oilfield automation and desanding systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new oilfield sensors and equipment
  • Program and maintain existing systems using PLCs and other technologies
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and test new products
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in oilfield automation and desanding systems
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or Java
  • Experience with PLC programming and oilfield equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
