Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Web3 API product strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that will shape the future of blockchain technology.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Web3 APIs, aligning with our overall developer strategy.
- Drive product development from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on a shared vision and ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate user research to validate hypotheses and inform development decisions.
- Stay ahead of user needs, product trends, and market dynamics to ensure our Web3 APIs remain competitive and innovative.
- Define, measure, and analyze user feedback, product growth, and business outcomes to inform product decisions.
- Shape and develop the product roadmap, hardening vision into strategy through discovery and experimentation.
- Groom backlogs, plan sprints, conduct retrospectives, and unblock the team to ensure smooth product delivery.
- 3-5+ years of software product management experience, preferably with developers-facing products.
- Strong technical background, with some development experience highly preferred.
- Passion and interest in Web3 and blockchain technology.
- Good technical understanding of Ethereum and smart contracts.
- Familiarity with Agile processes and tools like JIRA, Notion, Figma, GitHub, and MixPanel.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven, user-focused, and analytical approach to product development.
- Methodical prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and improve.
- Team player, inclusive leader, open to feedback, and transparent with intentions.
