About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies from store employees.
  2. Collaborate with landlords and operation managers to resolve issues.
  3. Process incoming requests and document activities.
  4. Coordinate logistics, prepare purchase orders, and reconcile billing.
  5. Support internal departments with projects and initiatives.
  6. Analyze work orders and technician feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Help store staff troubleshoot issues before deploying resources.

Requirements:

  • A DEC in Building Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, or Building Administration, or any other relevant certificate.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
