Job Summary

McDonald's Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that customer service and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customer service standards are met at all times.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
