Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties, as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that they are followed.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or maintenance capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
