Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of site development projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Procuring new projects and clients by identifying business opportunities
  • Managing day-to-day client interactions, communicating effectively with clients and internal/external project teams, and continually seeking opportunities to increase client satisfaction
  • Managing project execution by providing direction to the project team, appropriately scheduling time and acting as main point of contact between internal and external project teams
  • Managing project financials including invoicing, progress payment certificates, collecting accounts receivables and managing project budgets
  • Attendance at project meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
  • P.Eng. or C.E.T
  • At least 5 years of experience in a PM role at a consulting firm
  • Expertise in Site Plan Review Process
  • Technical understanding of applicable government standards and general engineering practices, processes, and legislative regulations
