Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in programming paint shop robots, coordinating trials to adjust quality for paint processes, evaluating quality using precision tools, creating handover documentation of robotic processes, and leading, planning, coordinating, and communicating with plant, production, pilot, and engineering groups.
Responsibilities:
- Program paint shop robots to optimize production efficiency
- Coordinate trials to adjust quality for paint processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Evaluate quality using elcometers, wavescan, x-rite, and other precision tools
- Create handover documentation of robotic processes for NAMCs (North American Manufacturing Centers)
- Lead, plan, coordinate, and communicate with plant, production, pilot, and engineering groups
Requirements:
- Experience or familiarity with Digital Robot Engineering, CATIA, AutoCAD, and other industrial software
- Self-motivation, strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and ability to multitask
Preferred Skills:
- Background in robotics, especially experience with Kawasaki robots
- Knowledge of paint processes and quality confirmation methods

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask effectively
