Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to Council and lead the development of strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee the operational and financial management of the organization, ensuring effective use of resources and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and government agencies.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as public administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in local government or a related field.
  • Proven track record of strong leadership and direction, with the ability to work effectively with elected officials, community volunteers, businesses, and the general public.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
