Job Title: Live-in Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable live-in caregiver to join our team at Compassion. As a live-in caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the client's healthcare provider.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account the client's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring the client's needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
