We are seeking a highly skilled Food Store Supervisor to join our team at MAJHA MEATS INC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored, rotated, and replenished.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
