Job Title: Registered Nurse - Overnight Shift

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Hamilton area. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in their community, working independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Updated immunization records and clear criminal background check
  • CPR certification
