About the Job

As a Senior Project Manager at Clearpath Robotics, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project deliverables and serving as the point of contact between customers and other departments. Your goal is to manage the efforts of team members to ensure our projects are delivered on time and ensuring our customers' needs are met.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and creating and managing project timelines and schedules.
  • Provide periodic updates, including project status reports, financial reports, and regular key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage project budgets, allocate and optimize resources, and control project expenditures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, manage customer relationships, and expectations.
  • Identify and assess risks and opportunities, develop risk and capture plans, and implement best practices and lessons learned.
  • Analyze project issues, develop solutions, anticipate potential problems, and proactively address them.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, with additional education in business administration, operations, or project management an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a dynamic environment with multi-disciplined technical team members.
  • Experience working within the automotive industry, either directly for OEMs or for a supplier.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, while still paying attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

Mechanical or mechatronics background.PMP or working towards PMP designation.3+ years of engineering design experience.
