Are you passionate about leading a sales team and driving revenue growth? The Mobile Shop is seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Manager to support and elevate our team of sales representatives. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales success, and shaping the future of our company.
The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities, provide ongoing training and coaching, and develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
A Day in the Life of a Sales Leadership Manager at The Mobile Shop:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee inventory levels, manage product placement and signage, and adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses and labour costs.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000, including hourly rate plus uncapped commissions
