We are seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager and Engineer to join our team at Dillon Consulting.

Job DescriptionThis role will involve managing transportation engineering projects, including design and project management activities. The selected candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, developing technical expertise and contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage transportation engineering projects, including design and project management activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies and processes.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and building client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation engineering, preferably with experience in project management.
- Proven leadership and business development skills.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
