Job Summary

Environmental 360 Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to oversee and support certain operating divisions. This role will focus on user support, including training support, and ensuring utilization of the company's billing systems to its full capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer entry at certain locations
  • Identify issues and assist locations to correct customer entry errors
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with manual data entry, where required
  • Assist with report generation and review
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detailed oriented and accurate
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Experience in the waste industry preferred
  • Computer literacy, including intermediate working skills of MS Word, Excel, and email required
