About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Englobe. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the end-to-end management of various projects, from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and other project elements
  • Carry out technical procedures and work plans, including geotechnical investigations and data analysis
  • Manage and/or draft all document deliverables for projects, including proposals, specifications, and technical reports
  • Attend and/or lead project management, client, office, and team meetings
  • Supervise, support, and/or mentor project team members
  • Ensure all Englobe health and safety policies and procedures are rigorously followed
Requirements
  • University degree in geological engineering, civil engineering, or related field
  • Superior document management abilities and experience writing proposals, specifications, and technical reports
  • Good written and verbal English skills and superior communication skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle
  • Previous experience in an engineering environment and with geotechnical drilling, settlement analyses, slope stability assessments, and civil construction
