Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Record Specialist to join our team at SAB 13JI Immigration Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
