Rafih Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee multiple locations and ensure seamless building operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of building maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and overseeing maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage repair and maintenance work assignments, ensuring that all facilities meet required standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect facilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with external contractors to ensure satisfactory completion of work.
- Monitor and report on maintenance costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building maintenance and management.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
