Job Title: Personal Support Assistant

Mazaferro is seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Assistant to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Personal Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care
  • Administer medications
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
  • Feed or assist in feeding
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus
  • Provide companionship
  • Provide personal care
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Cook
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
