Job Summary:

The University Health Network is seeking a skilled Kinesiologist Clinical Specialist to join their team. As a vital member of the Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship department, this role will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and treatment planning for patients with complex health conditions
  • Implementation and coordination of treatment plans to improve physical functioning and manage health conditions
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
  • Quality improvement and administrative duties to ensure efficient and effective working environment

Requirements:

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in kinesiology or a recognized equivalent
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in managing oncology patients
  • Registration and membership in the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario
