About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team at InfinityEdge Solutions. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract top candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Application Management: Screen and manage candidate applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular recruitment metrics and analytics to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
