Job Title: Software Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our team at InfoSpec Systems Inc.

Job Summary:

The Software Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, promoting sales to existing clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and software solutions
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Prepare sales or other contracts, including quotes and proposals
  • Promote sales to existing clients, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, leveraging industry connections and networking
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate software solutions
  • Deliver sales presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of our software products
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in software sales or a related field
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as business or computer science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
