Job Opportunity

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager/Engineer to join our Energy team specializing in hydropower and dam engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead project management and coordination for major hydroelectric projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  2. Supervise the design of hydraulic structures and works, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  3. Participate in proposal preparation, leveraging technical expertise to meet client needs.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
  5. Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with schedules.
  6. Ensure quality control of project practices, verifying the work of specialized engineers and technicians.
  7. Coordinate and supervise the work of engineers, technicians, and draftspersons involved in projects.
Requirements
  1. University Degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  2. Master's Degree, Business Administration Diploma or Project Management certification (an asset).
  3. More than ten (10) years of experience in the field of hydroelectricity/hydropower and dams.
  4. Member of l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
