Campus Security Officer

Overview
Paladin Security is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for students, faculty, and staff. We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Campus Security Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol campus buildings, facilities, and exterior grounds to ensure a secure environment.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Conduct investigations into thefts, break-ins, and other security incidents.
- Complete incident reports and occurrence logs to document security events.
- Enforce campus policies and procedures, including tobacco use policies.
- Provide first aid and respond to medical emergencies.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to maintain a secure environment.
- Assist with parking enforcement and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
