The Service Advisor is a key member of our team at Midas, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving retail sales growth. As a Service Advisor, you will work closely with our Shop Manager to optimize shop profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present detailed estimates to customers, sourcing parts and selling jobs to drive revenue growth.
  • Interpret inspection results in collaboration with our skilled technicians and present findings to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listening to and consulting with customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting the success of your peers and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Drive retail sales growth and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding established objectives and goals.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and contribute to Midas' commitment to being a good corporate citizen in our communities.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of the automotive industry and its principles.
  • At least one year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Team-building skills, with the ability to contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Compensation

$22.00 per hour
