Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at TAKT Construction Services Ltd. As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
  • Assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure and handle heavy loads. You will be required to work up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and be physically fit.
