About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. as a Product Promoter. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, and developing reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the most suitable products or services, ensuring that our solutions meet their business requirements.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products, highlighting their features, advantages, and competitive edge.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure that our products are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, address any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment to ensure that our products are functioning optimally and provide solutions to any technical issues.
  • Advertise and promote products through various channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote our products and services, and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
  • 37.5 hours per week of work, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
