Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
- Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Load and unload buspans and trays to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment to prevent the spread of bacteria and other microorganisms.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely and responsibly.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy loads up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
