About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
