About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Technician to join our team at Silver Hills. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for conducting tests, managing lab inventory, maintaining instruments records, supporting lab and plant trials, and conducting shelf-life studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sample Testing and Evaluation
  • Data Analysis and Evaluation
  • Shelf Life Study
  • Sensory Evaluation
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Order and manage inventory of lab supplies and reagents
  • Create and manage databases for R&D team
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports, including test methods, results, observations, and recommendations
  • Ability to lift 12 kg
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of R&D and or QA experience in a food or pharma production facility
  • You have a degree or diploma in food science, food technology or related
