Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Umi Sushi Express. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Load buspans and trays with food and supplies, ensuring efficient service.
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used, supporting our inventory management.
- Portion and wrap foods to meet customer requests and maintain food quality.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing a warm and attentive service.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing display.
- Take customers' orders, using your excellent communication skills to ensure accuracy.
- Operate manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
- Will train on the job, so no prior experience is necessary.
