Job Title: Web Designer

FirstTecPro is seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop Website requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions, including Website design and development.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the Website.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Create and optimize content for the Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Web design principles and software development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Web development tools and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions.
  • Work on a variety of projects, including Website design and development, software development, and information systems implementation.
