Job Title: Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at West End Radiological Laboratories Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Medical Clinic Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role involves a variety of tasks, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, performing general clerical duties, and preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of collection areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry and filing
  • Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of collection areas, including examination rooms and waiting areas
  • Process files and paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
  • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and installation
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment:

The Medical Clinic Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
