Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage geotechnical projects, including private and municipal developments, infrastructure design, and slope stability assessments.
- Act as a technical expert for the team and develop practical solutions for clients.
- Provide project management, technical leadership, and design for public and private sector clients in Ontario.
- Develop and administer project proposals, work plans, and project costing/budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with safety and government regulations during project site inspections.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior and intermediate team members.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an engineering consulting environment in Ontario.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage differences and negotiate for positive outcomes.
- Strong technical writing skills with excellent communication skills in English.
- A valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
