About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Urban Era Builders & Developers Ltd. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of electrical systems and equipment for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Conduct feasibility studies, design operation and performance research of electrical generation and distribution networks, and develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical systems and equipment.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts, and other engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Estimation and Reporting: Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for electrical systems and equipment.
  • Testing and Analysis: Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical components, assemblies, and systems.
  • Research and Development: Conduct micro or nanodevices simulations, characterization, process modeling, and integration in the development of new electronic devices and products.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical design and development.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
