**Job Title: Speech Analyst**

**Company Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Analyst to join our team at Getimployed. As a Speech Analyst, you will play a critical role in improving voice recognition and natural language understanding (NLU) models.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze speech and text data to identify trends and patterns, and develop data visualization techniques to present findings.
  2. Tune and annotate conversational bots to optimize performance and user interaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective remediation plans for speech recognition issues.
  4. Maintain high standards of data annotation in multiple languages, with a focus on English and French.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Minimum of 4 years' experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data mining.
  2. Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning techniques applicable to speech analysis.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or a related field is highly desirable.
  4. At least 2 years' experience in conversational bot tuning and speech analysis, including speech repair and fine tuning of NLU systems.
  5. Native or professional proficiency in English and French; proficiency in Spanish is an additional advantage.
