About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at McIntyre Finishing Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our carpenters and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters to meet production schedules and quality standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on production progress and any issues that may arise
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that they are within budget
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week
  • Fluent in English
