Culinary Team Lead for Wild Wing

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Wild Wing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cooking and leadership, with experience managing kitchen staff and overseeing daily operations.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Culinary Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service
- Develop and implement recipes, menus, and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Schedule staff, manage inventory, and oversee kitchen operations
- Train and develop staff members to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in culinary arts an asset
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe working environment
