About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Contracts and Derivatives clearing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of contracts and derivatives transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily functioning of the Contracts and Derivatives clearing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor and reconcile exchange clearing accounts, stock exchange and options derivatives exchange positions, and settlement amounts.
  • Lead a team that specializes in pricing, book cost, and data control, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Critically evaluate and identify areas of control weakness, making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Wealth Management Operations and Business lines to provide strong support to the business.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Broadridge systems, Microsoft Office, and Brokerage industry regulations.
  • Ability to provide reliable and timely responses to direct inquiries.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Business degree or equivalent investment industry experience with specific exposure to Stock exchange and Options & Trade Processing.
  • 7+ years of management experience.
