Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team at Lion's Gate Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors, hallways, and stairs
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
