About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to oversee the operations of our production cells. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and team leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide their team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that production cells meet established quality and availability standards.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact production, including root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall efficiency.
- Participate in lean concepts training and contribute to the development of a continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
