At QFI Pest Control, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pest control team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation.

We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation.

The successful candidate will have experience in pest control and a valid driver's license. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you can expect to earn up to 20% in bonuses based on performance.

This role requires frequent travel to various locations, including residential and commercial properties. You will need to be reliable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation.
  • Determine the type of treatment required and prepare and spray chemical mixtures on infested areas.
  • Place and set traps to capture and remove animals.
  • Clean out areas that harbour pests.
  • Advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation.
