Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Community Health Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wound care management and treatment to clients
- Administer IV antibiotics and other medications as required
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Travel between clients to provide care and support
- Document client progress and report to healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Current RN or RPN certification
- Experience in wound care management and IV antibiotic administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
