Bakery Specialist

Ava Bakery is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to a high standard.
- Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Ensure quality of products meets established standards.
- Operate machinery safely and effectively.
Ava Bakery is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. As a baker, you will be required to work in a team and be a team player with patience and a positive attitude.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically demanding.
