The Role: We're seeking a skilled Construction Permitting Operations Manager to lead our permit process from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage permit research, application preparation, submission, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to expedite approvals
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates on permit status and requirements
  • Analyze data to enhance customer conversations and improve processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction permitting, project management, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of construction permitting processes, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Multistate expertise, with experience working on permitting projects across multiple states or regions
  • Exceptional project management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ongoing communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with internal teams and managing customer relationships
