We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Professional Services Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and system needs and requirements
  • Provide consulting services to clients on business improvements and technology alignment
  • Elicit and document requirements using various methods
  • Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders
  • Coordinate and communicate with project teammates and management

Requirements:

  • University degree in a related field or equivalent
  • ~6+ years business/requirements analyst experience
  • ~2+ years technical project management/coordination experience
  • Experience working on agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Experience in designing web-based software
  • Strong analytical, problem resolution, technical, and application/system troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with eCommerce and related software deployments
  • Experience with SAP Hybris, Oracle ATG, VTEX, COVEO, MDM, or other commerce platforms
