Job Requirements

The Communications Lead will be responsible for:

  • Managing sales offer grids via Sales Assist with a keen eye for detail.
  • Writing and editing sales bulletins via Sales Assist for Retail and Field Sales frontline teams.
  • Building and maintaining 1source pages for Care & Telesales frontline teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners and peers to finalize comms and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in journalism, communications, or copywriting.
  • Experience working in a frontline position (Retail, Field, Solution Center, etc.), sales, service, or support environment.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
