We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Caregiver to join our team at Erika Salvadora. As a Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to children and maintaining a clean and organized household.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to the children's dietary needs.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their timely arrival and departure.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their physical and mental development.
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their independence and self-confidence.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, maintaining a fair and consistent approach.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical needs are met.
  • Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Housekeeping activities, including laundry, cleaning, and organization.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Help children with homework, supporting their academic development.
  • Plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours, promoting their physical and mental development.Requirements:
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Availability for shift or on-call work, as well as the advertised start date.
    • Willingness to relocate for this position, if required.
    • Previous experience in this field of employment, with relevant certifications.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
