Job Title: Home Support Worker - Caregiver

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker - Caregiver to join our team at Yamni Sacthyabala Malve, Shyam Sundar Chokkalingam. As a Home Support Worker - Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist in regular exercise, such as walking
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
