IT Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Development Manager to join our team at Ocean Front Suites at Cowichan Bay. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our information systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control budget and expenditures for IT projects
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
- Manage incidents and ensure minimal disruption to our operations
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work 30 hours per week
